dc.description.abstractThis work deals with the way of execution of a punisment imprisonment in the specialised department with the mental and behavior disease for sentenced to prison in charge of the prison in Liberec. The first part opens the history of a prison system and prisons in the Czech republic, with the basic functions of punishment and it´s goals. The next part is focused on specialised department, on it´s therapeutic conception, the approach to the client and methods of dealing with clients. The first part also introduces mental and behavior disease, the continual personal disease changes through the life and it´s prognosis. The second part is practical and it is focused on the sentenced in the specialized department and also the department´s workers. The main conclusion point is the fact that it is crucial to focus on the catamnesis of the sentenced after execution and liberation.en
dc.description.abstractTato práce pojednává o způsobu výkonu trestu odnětí svobody na specializovaném oddělení s poruchou duševní a poruchou chování pro odsouzené do věznice s dozorem ve Vazební věznici Liberec. První část práce seznamuje s historií vězeňství a věznicemi v České republice, se základními funkcemi trestu a jeho cíl. Další část je zaměřena na specializované oddělení, na jeho terapeutický koncept, na přístup ke klientovi a metody zacházení s klienty. Dále první část seznamuje s poruchami duševními a poruchami chování, proměnami poruch osobnosti v průběhu života a jejich prognóza. Druhá část práce je praktická, je zaměřena na odsouzené na specializovaném oddělení a pracovníky na tomto oddělení. Hlavním závěrem je poznatek, že by se měl velký klást na katamnézu odsouzených po vykonání trestu a propuštění na svobodu.cs
