Abstract
Cílem této diplomové práce bylo vyhodnocení kvality vlnařských přízí česaných z podniku Nová Mosilana a.s. V teoretické části byl popsán postup výroby vlnařské příze česané. Dále byly uvedeny další vlastnosti přízí, které ovlivňují další využití přízí, podle kterých byla kvalita posuzována a způsoby jejich testování a vyhodnocení. Experimentální část se zabývala měřením a hodnocením vybraných vlastností přízí jako jsou pevnost a tažnost, které byly naměřeny na přístroji Instron. Chlupatost, která byla naměřena na přístrojích Uster-Tester a Zweigle-Hairness-Tester a také hmotné nestejnoměrnosti přízí naměřené na přístroji Uster-Tester. Diplomová práce se dále zabývala vyhodnocením plošné nestejnoměrnosti nasimulovaných obrazů vzhledu tkanin dle interní normy Metodika zjišťování nestejnoměrnosti tkanin.
The aim of this diploma thesis is evaluation of the quality of worsted wool yarn produced by the Nová Mosilana a.s. company. In the theoretical part the manufacturing process of the worsted wool yarn is presented. Furthermore the features of the yarns affecting their next usage are stated. According to these features the quality has been assessed and methods of testing and evaluation described. Experimental part deals with measurement and evaluation of the selected yarn properties, such as strength and ductility. These have been measured using Instron device. Hairiness has been measured using Uster-Tester and Zweigle-Hairiness-Tester devices, yarn mass irregularity using Uster-Tested device. Diploma thesis also discusses evaluation of the surface appearance irregularity of the simulated images of fabrics in accordance with an internal standard Methodology of the Fabrics Irregularity Determination.
