Abstract
Diplomová práce se zabývá rolí klíčového pracovníka v procesu individuálního plánování s osobami s postižením. Teoretická část pojednává o významu role klíčového pracovníka, která je v procesu individuálního plánování zásadní, klíčová. Klíčový pracovník je průvodcem, důvěrníkem a partnerem pro klienta sociální služby v celém procesu individuálního plánování průběhu poskytování sociální služby. Je také součástí týmu klíčových pracovníků, ve kterém je mu poskytována podpora v rámci týmové spolupráce a možnost řešení problematických situací klientů, možnost sdílení a zpětné vazby. Pracuje v prostředí nastaveném organizací, poskytující sociální služby a podléhá jejímu působení a vlivu jiných dalších faktorů při své práci s klientem sociální služby.V empirické části se autorka zabývá vztahem role klíčového pracovníka a zjištěných faktorů, které ovlivňují jeho roli a subjektivní vnímání kvality své práce při individuálním plánováním s osobami s postižením. Pro svůj výzkum autorka zvolila prostředí tří organizací poskytujících sociální služby osobám s mentálním a kombinovaným postižením ve Šluknovském výběžku.
The Thesis deals with a key operative's role in the process of individual planning with handicapped people. The theoretical part includes the importance of the key operative's role, which is in the process of individual planning crucial. The key operative is a guide, a confident as well as a partner of the social service's client in the overall process of providing social services. The operative is also a member of the key operatives'team with its attributes of team co-operation, problems'solutions, participations, and feedbacks. He/she works in the environment set by an organisation providing social services. He/she is influenced by its impact and activities including another factors which appear during his/her work with a client of social services.The empirical part points out the relation between the operative's role and observed factors which influence his/her role as well as the subjective perception of work based on individual planning with the handicapped. The author's experience derives from focussing on three organisations of the Sluknov region which provide social services to the handicapped (both with the mental and combined handicap).
