Abstract
Diplomová práce řeší problematiku oceňování podniku. Hlavním cílem této práce je určit tržní hodnotu společnosti Emco, spol. s.r.o. k 31.12.2021. Pro účely ocenění jsou vstupní data získána z veřejně dostupných zdrojů, jimiž jsou účetní výkazy společnosti, ale také z interních informací analyzované společnosti. Práce se rozděluje na dvě části. Teoretická část práce vysvětluje odborné pojmy týkající se oceňování a popisuje jednotlivé kroky k ocenění podniku. Praktická část práce se zabývá samotnému ocenění společnosti. V první kapitole je uvedeno představení zvoleného podniku, dále jsou zde charakterizovány důležité kroky pro ocenění, a to strategická a finanční analýza, generátory hodnoty a sestrojení finančního plánu podniku. Závěrem se tato práce věnuje ocenění společnosti pomocí metody diskontovaných peněžních toků FCFF, účetní hodnoty a metody odvětvových násobitelů.
The diploma thesis deals with the issue of business valuation. The main objective of this work is to determine the market value of Emco, spol. s.r.o. as of 31/12/2021. For valuation purposes, input data is obtained from publicly available sources, such as the company's financial statements, but also from internal information of the analyzed company. The thesis is divided into two parts. The theoretical part of the thesis explains the technical terms related to the issue of valuation and describes the individual steps to the valuation of the company. The practical part of the thesis deals with the valuation of the company itself. In the first chapter, the introduction of the chosen company is presented, and the important steps for valuation are characterized here, namely strategic and financial analysis, value generators and the construction of the company's financial plan. In conclusion, this thesis deals with the valuation of the company using the method of discounted cash-flow of FCFF, book value and the method of industry multipliers.
