dc.description.abstract	The author of this diploma work with the topic on business culture of the form of Kovona, Lysá, Inc. is dealing with the impact business culture has on the whole firm effectiveness, on the employees and even the others, e.g. suppliers, customers and other firm´s sales representatives approach to the very firm and evaluate it. The author points at the fact that the importance of business culture is going up in the terms of the globalization deepening and more firms are focused on not only getting the profits but also accepting the ethical codes that help them to struggle for good relationships and to deal with the outside world. The purpose of the work was to analyse the chosen firm, intent on business culture and thus to find weak as well as strong aspects in particular fields of interest here. The author´s contribution are the suggested arrangements which should help to improve the business culture in the way that it would influence the firm running and achieve its strategic aims as much as possible.	en
dc.description.abstract	V diplomové práci na téma Podniková kultura firmy Kovona Lysá, a. s., se autorka zabývá otázkou, jakou souvislost má podniková kultura na celkovou efektivnost firmy a jak zaměstnanci, ale i ostatní, například dodavatelé, odběratelé, obchodní zástupci jiných podniků a další, přistupují k dané firmě a posuzují ji. Autorka zde poukazuje na to, že význam podnikové kultury stoupá s prohlubující se globalizací a stále více podniků se zaměřuje nejen na dosahování zisků, ale přijímá své etické kodexy, ve kterých se snaží o dobré vztahy a vstřícné jednání s okolím. Účelem práce bylo podrobit vybranou firmu analýze zaměřené právě na podnikovou kulturu a najít zde v jednotlivých oblastech silné a slabé stránky. Přínosem autorky jsou navrhnutá opatření, která by měla napomoci zlepšit podnikovou kulturu firmy tak, aby svým působením co nejvýrazněji ovlivňovala chod podniku a dosahování jeho strategických cílů.	cs
