Abstract
Práce se zabývá aplikací nanovlákenné membrány do sportovních rukavic. Tématem této diplomové práce je vývoj rukavic s nanovlákenou membránou pro sportovní účely. Cílem práce je vývoj laminátu s nanovlákennou membránou pro sportovní rukavice, především pro sjezdové lyžování při teplotě do -20 °C.V teoretické části jsou vysvětleny pojmy týkající se komfortu outdoorového oblečení, popsány druhy membrán a jejích současní významní výrobci. Dále je vysvětlena technologie výroby nanovlákenné membrány a technologická operace laminace. V praktické části diplomové práce byl nalezen vhodný podkladový materiál pro laminace s nanovlákennou membránou a také proměřeny komfortní vlastnosti samotné membrány a vytvořeného laminátu, který byl porovnán s membránou od konkurenční firmy. Získané výsledky jsou statisticky zpracovány, vyhodnoceny a zobrazeny v tabulkách a grafech.
This diploma thesis deals with the application of nanofiber membranes in sports gloves. The theme of this thesis is The development of nanofiber membrane gloves for sports purposes. The main aim is to develope a laminate with nanofiber membrane for sports gloves, especially for downhill skiing at temperatures down to -20 °C.The theoretical part is focused on an issue which is related to comfort, outdoor clothing, describes the types of membranes and their current major manufacturers. This part also explains the production technology of nanofiber membrane and such a kind of technological operation as a lamination. In the practical part of the thesis is found suitable base material for lamination with nanofiber membrane and also are measured comfortable properties of the membrane and the laminates, which were compared with the competitors membranes. The results are statistically processed, analyzed and presented in tables and graphs.
