Abstract
Bakalářská práce se zabývá rozhodnutím o účasti českolipské sklářské firmy ASTRA GOLD, s.r.o. v projektu Křišťálové údolí, který zaštiťuje Liberecký kraj. Rešeršní část práce je zaměřena na zdůraznění historie a tradice sklářského řemesla na českém území, dále na vymezení základních pojmů týkajících se výroby a dekorování skla a projektového řízení. Definovány jsou rovněž pojmy efektivnost a investice. Analytická část shromažďuje základní a potřebné informace o projektu Křišťálové údolí a o podmínkách účasti v projektu. Poslední část se zabývá vyhodnocením stavu připravenosti firmy ASTRA GOLD, s.r.o. pro zapojení do projektu Křišťálové údolí a následně zkoumá efektivnost participace v projektu, na níž je z pohledu firmy nahlíženo jako na obdobu malé investice. V závěru práce jsou shrnuty výsledky vyhodnocení efektivnosti této investice a je podána zpráva, zda je účast v projektu pro firmu efektivní či nikoli. Nakonec je připojeno vlastní doporučení, jakým způsobem by měla firma do projektu vstoupit.
This bachelor thesis deals with the decision on the participation of the glassmaking company ASTRA GOLD, s.r.o. in the Crystal Valley project, which is being arranged by Liberec Region. The research portion of this thesis is focused on emphasizing the history and tradition of the glassmaking in the Czech territory along with the definition of basic terms related to the production and decoration of glass, and also project management. This portion also includes definitions of effectiveness and investment. The analytical part collects basic and necessary information about the Crystal Valley project and about the conditions of participation in the project. The last part deals with the evaluation of how well prepared ASTRA GOLD, s.r.o. is for participation in the Crystal Valley project and subsequently examines the effectiveness of the forementioned participation in the project, which is viewed by the company as a matter of small investment. Evaluated results of this investment can be found in a summarized form in the conclusion of the thesis as a report detailing whether participation in the Crystal Valley project is, in the author's opinion, effective for the company. Lastly, a personal recommendation to the company about how it should join the project is also included.
