dc.description.abstractBakalářská práce se věnovala oblasti vzdělávání Romů se zaměřením na profesi romského asistenta pedagoga. Jejím cílem bylo zabývat se osobním přínosem profese asistenta pedagoga pocházejícího z romského etnika a zjišťovat některá specifika rozhodující ve výchově a vzdělávání romského dítěte. Úvodní kapitoly nastínily specifika historie, vývoje, výchovy a vzdělávání romského dítěte. Z nich vycházelo zřízení profese asistenta pedagoga jako jedna z možností akcelerace výchovy a vzdělávání romských žáků. Význam a funkce romského asistenta pedagoga byl v teoretické části srovnáván s jeho činností ve Slovenské republice. V praktické části práce blíže mapovala působení asistentů pedagoga ve městě Chomutově pomocí rozhovoru. Prostřednictvím zpracovaného dotazníkového šetření pak zjišťovala a ověřovala postoje 38 romských asistentů pedagoga působících na základních, na základních praktických a na základních speciálních školách a fungování již zmiňované profese na celém území České republiky.cs
dc.description.abstractThe Bachelor´s (B.A.) thesis deals with the Romani education sphere with a view to the profession of the Romani teaching assistant. The aim of the work is to investigate the real contribution of the Romani teaching assistant who comes from the Roman ethnic minority and find out some determinative specifics important for the Romani children´s upbringing and education. The introductory chapters outlined the specifics of the history, development, upbringing and education of the Romani children. The establishment of the profession - the Romani teaching assistant - was based on these specifics as one of possibilities how to raise the acceleration of the Romani pupils{\crq} education. The Romani teaching assistant´s relevancy and function were compared to the same profession in the Slovak Republic. The practical parties researched into Romani teaching assistant working in the town Chomutov. The research included 38 questioned Romani assistants working at the primary school, primary practical and primary special school. By means of complete questionnaire their attitudes were examined and verified. Along with the former the research dealt with the function and working of this profession all over the Czech Republic.en
