Abstract
Tématem této bakalářské práce jsou firemní rizika plynoucí ze zapojení do mezinárodního obchodu, konkrétně pak s aplikací na působení akciové společnosti Jablotron Alarms na trhu Jihoafrické republiky. V první části jsou na základě literární rešerše obecně vymezena rizika, se kterými je spojeno mezinárodní podnikání a možné způsoby ochrany před nimi. V části druhé je poté představena společnost, analyzován jihoafrický trh z hlediska jeho rizikovosti a následně navrženo několik možností zajištění proti největším hrozbám spojeným s touto mezinárodní obchodní operací rizikům odpovědnostním, komerčním a kurzovým. Důraz je poté kladen zejména na skupinu rizik kurzových, která vzhledem k neustálým výkyvům jihoafrického randu ohrožují společnost nejvíce. Hlavním autorčiným přínosem je návrh na jejich zajištění do budoucna.
This bachelor thesis deals with corporate risks arising from participation in international trade and effects of entry of Jablotron on South African market. The first part of this thesis deals, using literature review, with general risks associated with international trade and possible ways to protect from them. In second part of this thesis the corporation is presented, the Southafrican market is analysed in terms of possible risks and then proposed several options to hedge against the biggest threats associated with these international business operations responsibility, commercial and exchange rate risks. The emphasis is then placed on group of exchange rate risks, which due to constant fluctations South african rand, is the biggest threat to the corporation. The main contributing factor is the author's proposal of their future elimination by creating failsafe system protecting from corporate threats in future.
