dc.description.abstractTato bakalářská práce (BP) se zaměřuje na možnosti vzorování jednoduchých (2D) žakárských tkanin v kombinaci s barevně snovanou osnovou. BP je zaměřena na dvě hlavní části: zajištění definované barevnosti osnovních nití, která se vyjadřuje na základě snovaného vzoru a zajištění vazebného vzoru řešeného žakárským prošlupním mechanizmem. Úvodní část BP řeší popis elektronického žakárského prošlupního mechanizmu, možnosti vkládání a opakování vzoru v tkanině a základní přípravu vstupního materiálu. Dále byly v BP zmíněny možnosti vzorování v tkaninách a vazební možnosti využívané jak v listových, tak žakárských jednoduchých tkaninách. Praktická část BP byla provedena v prostorách laboratoře tkaní KTT FT TUL na jehlovém tkací stroji SOMET s elektronickým žakárským prošlupním mechanizmem STÄUBLI. Dále tato bakalářská práce obsahuje náhled na základní postup a možnosti při práci s návrhem motivu v CAD systému EAT DesignScopeVictor. Závěrem bylo provedeno slovní zhodnocení vlivu barevného snovaní, žakárského vzoru a konstrukčních parametrů na finální vzhled tkaniny.cs
dc.description.abstractThis bachelor's thesis (BT) focuses on the patterning possibilities of simple (2D) jacquard fabrics in combination with a fancy woven warp. BT is focused on two main parts: ensuring the defined color of the warp threads, which is expressed on the basis of the woven pattern, and ensuring the binding pattern solved by the jacquard shedding mechanism. The introductory part of BT deals with the description of the electronic jacquard shedding mechanism, the possibility of inserting and repeating the pattern in the fabric and the basic preparation of the input material. Furthermore, BT mentioned the possibilities of patterning in fabrics and the weaving possibilities used in both leaf and jacquard plain fabrics. The practical part of BT was carried out in the premises of the KTT FT TUL weaving laboratory on a SOMET needle weaving machine with an electronic STÄUBLI jacquard shedding mechanism. Furthermore, this bachelor's thesis contains an overview of the basic procedure and possibilities when working with the design of a motif in the DesignScopeVictor CAD system. In conclusion, a verbal evaluation of the effect of color weaving, jacquard pattern and construction parameters on the final appearance of the fabric was carried out.en
