dc.description.abstractThis diploma thesis is focused on the perspectives of building savings in the Czech Republic and selected states of the European Union. For the purpose of thesis were chosen Czech Republic, Germany and Austria. In the theoretical part is first described history of building savings and after that there are basic concepts and principles on which the building savings is based. The practical part characterizes individual systems of building savings in surveyed countries. Furthermore, it shows a comparison of the current state of building savings in surveyed countries based on selected indicators. The result of this thesis is assignment, which best statutory requirements can state create for stimulation of this significant financial product and possibility of improvement positive experiences of statutory adjustments, which are realized in surveyed countries.en
dc.description.abstractTato diplomová práce je zaměřena na perspektivy stavebního spoření v České republice a vybraných státech Evropské unie. Zkoumanými státy byly pro účel této práce vybrány Česká republika, Německo a Rakousko. V teoretické části je nejdříve popsána historie stavebního spoření a poté jsou zde vymezeny základní pojmy a principy, na kterých je stavební spoření založeno. Praktická část charakterizuje jednotlivé systémy stavebního spoření ve zkoumaných zemích. Dále se věnuje porovnání současného stavu stavebního spoření ve zkoumaných zemích na základě vybraných ukazatelů. Výsledkem této práce je zjištění, jaké nejlepší zákonné podmínky může stát vytvořit pro stimulaci tohoto významného finančního produktu a možnost využití pozitivních zkušeností zákonných úprav realizovaných ve zkoumaných zemích.cs
