dc.description.abstractThis diploma thesis deals with the analysis of the needle and thread mechanism and its well - balance because imperfectly balanced mechanism influences the vibration and the noice level of the whole machine. Within recherche are described some of the needle and thread mechanisms of the sewing machines. The important part was the determination of matter and geometrical parameters of the mechanism component parts and the substitute two physical points for component parts was made. Furthermore , the static balance calculation for mechanism balancing was made and its evaluation.en
dc.description.abstractDiplomová práce se zabývá analýzou jehelního a niťového mechanismu a jeho vyvažováním, neboť nedokonale vyvážený mechanismus ovlivňuje chvění i hlučnost celého stroje. V rámci rešerše jsou popsány některé jehelní a niťové mechanismy šicích strojů. Důležitou částí bylo stanovení hmotových a geometrických parametrů jednotlivých členů mechanismů a byla provedena náhrada jednotlivých členů dvěma hmotnými body. Následně byl proveden výpočet vývažků pro statické vyvážení mechanismů a jeho vyhodnocení.cs
