Abstract
Diplomová práce je zaměřena na aplikaci metodiky Six Sigma na vybraný projekt v podniku. Rešeršní část diplomové práce je věnovaná základním principům metodiky Lean, metodiky Six Sigma a jednotlivým nástrojům používaných ve fázích cyklu DMAIC. Ve druhé části diplomové práce je představena společnost Johnson Controls Autobaterie a stručně popsán její výrobní proces. Dále se autor zaměřuje na aplikaci některých nástrojů metodiky Six Sigma, pomocí kterých je zpracován projekt na snížení množství netěsných baterií pro nákladní vozidla v dané společnosti. Provedením projektu všemi pěti fázemi cyklu DMAIC vede k dosažení cíle projektu, kterým bylo snížení podílu netěsných baterií pro nákladní vozidla o 30 % a více.
Application of Six Sigma methodology for selected project in a companyThe diploma thesis is focused on the application of Six Sigma methodology for selected project in a company. The research part of the thesis is devoted to the basic principles of Lean methodology, Six Sigma methodology and tools used in the various stages of the DMAIC cycle. In the second part of the thesis the company Johnson Controls Autobaterie is introduced and there is briefly described its manufacturing process. Further, the author focuses on the application of certain Six Sigma tools by which the project is processed to reduce the amount of leaking truck batteries in the company. Getting the project through all five stages of DMAIC cycle leads to the achievement of the project objective, which was to reduce the proportion of leaky truck batteries by 30% and more.
