Abstract
Hlavním cílem bakalářské práce je vytvoření projektu spolupráce středních školLibereckého kraje s Akademickým sportovním centrem Technické univerzity v Liberci návrh nabídky aktivit Akademického sportovního centra pro studenty středních škol.V první části práce budou definovány termíny jako pohybová aktivita, tělesná zdatnost, hypokineze, sport a volný čas. Dále bude charakterizováno období adolescence z hlediskapsychických a fyzických změn a motorického vývoje. Bude zmíněno Akademické sportovní centrum Technické univerzity v Liberci a rozebrán jeho současný stav pomocíSWOT analýzy. V další části bude rozebráno a vyhodnoceno anketní šetření. Anketního šetření se zúčastnilo 304 studentů z prvních až třetích ročníků vybraných středních škol v Libereckém kraji. Bylo zkoumáno trávení volného času studentů a jejich zájem o nabídku aktivit v ASC TUL. V projektu je uvedena propagace, finanční kalkulace a konečná cena aktivit nabídky.
The main aim of the bachelor thesis is to create project of cooperation between high schools in Liberec Region and Academic sports centre of Technical University of Liberec the plan of offer of acvitities in Academic sports centre for high schools students.In the first part of the work there will be defined terms like physical activity, bodily ability, hypokinesis, sport and leisure time. There will be characterised the period ofadolescence from aspect of psychic and physic changes and motorial developement. Academic sports centre of Technical University of Liberec will be mentioned and it willbe analysed its present condition by means of SWOT analysis. In the next part the questionnaire will be analysed and evaluanted. 304 students of first to third grade of chosen high schools in Liberec Region took part in the questionnaire. It was reseachedthe spending of their leisure time and their interest of the offer of activities in ASC TUL.In the project there is mentioned propagation, financial calculation and final price of theactivities in the offer.
