dc.description.abstractThe diploma thesis wants to show an approach of financial analysts to the evaluation of the securities. This thesis does not want to put emphasis on the precise definition of specific mathematic-statistics methods but inform basic principles of modern techniques for the most precise evaluation of fair values of the securitites not only in the stock exchange world. In first part we come to know with company ČEZ, a.s. with her main enterprise activities and operations on the Middle and South-east Europe markets. In the following part there will be introduced the main models serving for analysis of the stocks because without any academic basics we would not able to understand problems of the theme. There will be introduced the main attributes of the three analysis which reciprocally follow up. With more details will be shown the most used models to the evaluation of market price of the stock which serves for the investment recommendation to potential or existing investors. Furthermore we will deal with the basic principles of technical analysis as the oldest analytic instrument. In the fourth practical part the author will try to evaluate the present trend in the market price of the ČEZ stock by means of fundamental analysis and will describe the procedure in the quantification of stock target value. The fifth part will more explain a work of technical analyst and my personal experience with that analytic instrument. In the concluding part of the thesis is described the evaluation of the previous procedures and quantification of the investment recommendation. In conclusion there is a evaluation of the total asset of that thesis.en
dc.description.abstractDiplomová práce chce ukázat přístup finančních analytiků k ohodnocování cenných papírů. Tato práce si neklade za cíl přesné vymezení určitých matematicko-statistických postupů, nýbrž seznámit se se základními principy moderních metod používaných pro co nejpřesnější stanovení vnitřních hodnot cenných papírů nejen v burzovním světě. V první části se seznámíme se společností ČEZ, a.s., s její hlavní činností podnikání a působností na trzích střední a jihovýchodní Evropy. V následující části představím hlavní modely sloužící k analýze akcií neboť bez teoretických základů bychom nebyli schopni pochopit problematiku této látky. Představíme si hlavní rysy třech analýz, které se vzájemně doplňují. Detailněji si ukážeme nejvíce používané modely k vyhodnocení tržní ceny akcie, které slouží k investičnímu doporučení pro potencionální nebo stávající investory. Dále se budeme zabývat základními principy technické analýzy jako nejstaršího analytického nástroje. Ve čtvrté praktické části se autor pokusí vyhodnotit současný vývoj tržní ceny akcie ČEZu pomocí fundamentální analýzy a popíše postup při kvantifikaci cílové ceny akcie. Pátá část nám více přiblíží práci technického analytika a mojí vlastní zkušenost s tímto analytickým nástrojem. V závěrečné části práce, je popsáno zhodnocení předešlých postupů a stanovení investičního doporučení. V samotném závěru je zhodnocení celkového přínosu této práce.cs
