dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou stížnosti ve Východočeském kraji v letech 1969-1989, přičemž je zaměřena především na oblast bytového hospodářství, životního prostředí a na anonymní stížnosti. Pro kontextové zařazení je pozornost věnována obecně období normalizace. Práce nastiňuje společenský, kulturní a politický život obyčejného občana. Stejně tak přináší i charakteristiku Východočeského kraje. Závěr práce nastiňuje život pamětníka a jeho zkušenost se stížnostmi v normalizačním Československu.	cs
dc.description.abstract	The bachelor's thesis deals with the issue of complaints in the Eastern Bohemian region. Specifically, it focuses on the areas of housing management, the environment, and anonymous complaints in the region. The thesis also pays attention to the period of normalization. It outlines the social, cultural, and political life of an ordinary citizen. The introduction discusses the characteristics of the Eastern Bohemian region, while the conclusion touches upon the experiences of a witness and their encounters with complaints during the normalization era in Czechoslovakia.	en
