Abstract
Cílem této práce je určení významnosti faktorů textilie, materiál, vazba a dostava, ovlivňující odolnost proti mechanickému opotřebení povrchu textilie. Stanovení předpisu, který z těchto faktorů nejvíce ovlivňuje odolnost proti oděru.Určení nejvýznamnějšího faktoru ovlivňujícího odolnost proti mechanickému opotřebení textilie, pomůže konstruktérovi lépe navrhnout parametry textilie tak, aby co nejlépe odolávala mechanickému namáhání povrchu a tím rozvláknění a následnou tvorbu žmolků, při zachování funkčnosti textilie. Předpis, který bude výstupem této práce, pomůže konstruktérovi vhodně zvolit materiál, vazbu a dostavu.
The aim of this work is to determine the significance of fabric factors material, weave and threads per centimetre, that affect the mechanical resistance of the fabric surface. Determining which of these factors most influences abrasion resistance.Define which of these factors most influencing resistance to mechanical abrasion of fabrics, which will help the designer to better define the fabric parameters to withstand the mechanical abrasion of the surface and thereby the fuzzing and subsequent formation of the jam while maintaining the functionality of the fabric. The prescription, which will be the output of this work, will help the designer to choose material, weave and threads per centimetre best suited for resist mechanical abrasion.
