Abstract
V současnosti představuje likvidace textilního odpadu vzrůstající ekologickou i ekonomickou zátěž. Cílem této diplomové práce bylo ukázat, že enzymy, které se úspěšně používají v různých oblastech průmyslové činnosti, lze s výhodou využít i při degradaci textilního odpadu. Enzymy jsou totiž unikátními přírodními biokatalyzátory, které hospodárně udržují rovnováhu životního prostředí. K nalezení základních enzymatických mechanismů totální degradace textilního materiálu, které v odborné literatuře zatím absentují, je právě zaměřena tato práce. Zatím byla zkoumána biodegradace přírodních vláken - celulózového komplexu bavlny, lnu, konopí a proteinového komplexu vlněných vláken. Dosažené výsledky nastiňují možnost vytvoření ekologicky výhodné metody znehodnocení textilního odpadu, tak i účelného využití zbylého materiálu a hydrolyzátu.
Degradation of textile waste currently presents an increasing environmental and economic problem. To address this issue this thesis studies and demonstrates how commonly used enzymes may be successfully utilised to degrade textile waste as well. Reason for using enzymes is their ability to work as excellent natural bio-catalyzers balancing stability of natural environment. Work identifies basic enzymatic mechanism of degradation of textiles previously unpublished. To date this concept was proved for degradation of natural fibres - cellulosic complex of cotton, linen, hemp and albuminous complex of wool fibre. Attained results show not only the possibilities of environment-friendly metod of textile waste degradation but also following utilisation of residual material and hydrolysates.
