Abstract
Hlavním cílem této práce je vymezit a analyzovat hospodářsky slabou oblast Frýdlantsko. V práci je provedena nejprve socioekonomická analýza ČR, poté je analyzována vybraná oblast z pohledu geografické polohy regionu, historického vývoje, socioekonomického rozvoje a celkové podnikatelské aktivity regionu. Na základě zjištění je identifikována vysoká míra nezaměstnanosti, jež je abnormální z hlediska míry, kterou vykazuje Liberecký kraj. Proto, za účelem snížení míry nezaměstnanosti je navržen projekt, který se snaží problémovou situaci řešit.
The main goal of this dissertation work is to analyse the micro-region of Frýdlantsko as one of the regions in the Czech Republic with concentrated state aid. Firstly, the micro-region is analysed according to the Regional Development Strategy of the Czech Republic. Secondly, it is analysed from the point of view of development of the individual region and district (geographic location, socio-economic development and business conditions). The result of imprudent regional development is a high rate of unemployment, which is abnormally high with respect to the unemployment rate in the Liberec region, where the micro-region is located. For this reason the proposed project was initiated and tries to reduce the level of unemployment to support regional development.
