dc.description.abstractThe subject of my thesis ?Development of risk management in insurance industry in last 10 years? is to describe changes in risk management in insurance industry in relation with integration processes of the European Union. Insurance and reinsurance companies are economic subjects that are endangered by a scale of business and specific insurance risks. This thesis contains development and methods how to manage these risks. The first part describes and classifies potential risks. The second part deals with three phases of the risk management: identification, evaluation, control and financing of risks. In addition it describes the risks in the activities of the insurance companies. The third part analyses the development of risk management in context of the integration processes of the European Union. This chapter also focuses on the solvency of the insurance company and calculation of solvency requirements in individual phases of the integration process. The last part captures the risk management with Solvency II rules.en
dc.description.abstractPředmětem diplomové práce ?Vývoj risk managementu v pojišťovnictví za posledních 10 let? je popsat změny v risk managementu v pojišťovnictví v souvislosti s integračními procesy Evropské unie. Pojišťovny či zajišťovny jsou ekonomické subjekty, které ohrožuje celá řada podnikatelských a specifických pojistných rizik. Práce obsahuje vývoj a způsob, jak tyto rizika řídit. První část popisuje a klasifikuje eventuelní rizika. Druhá část se zabývá třemi fázemi risk managementu: identifikací, ohodnocením, kontrole a financování rizika a dále popisuje rizika v činnosti pojišťoven. Třetí část analyzuje vývoj risk managementu v kontextu s integračními procesy Evropské unie. Tato kapitola se také věnuje solventnosti pojišťovny a výpočtu solventnostních požadavků v jednotlivých etapách integračního procesu. Poslední část zachycuje řízení rizik s pravidly ?Solvency II?.cs
