Abstract
Moje bakalářská práce s názvem "Impacts of textile fibres on environmental icroorganisms" se zaměřuje na textilní mikrovlákna používaná lidskou společností, které se nacházejí v životním prostředí. Cílem práce bylo zkoumání vlivu textilních mikrovláken na život bakterií. Praktická část obsahovala dva experimenty; první se zaměřil na izolované bakterie a jejich růst za přítomnosti mikrovláken. Druhý experiment se zabýval bakteriální komunitou z ČOV, které byly vystaveny textilním mikrovláknům.
My Bachelor thesis named "Impacts of textile fibres on environmental microorganisms" was focused on the textile fibres used by the human society, which were found in the environment. The target of this thesis was the research on the influence of the textile microfibres on the bacterial life. The practical part contained two experiments; the first one was concentrated on the isolated bacteria and their growth with microfibres. The second experiment studied the bacterial community from WWTP exposed the textile microfibres.
