Abstract
Bakalářská práce se zabývá vyhodnocením vytížení pracovníků na vybraném pracovišti výrobního podniku. Cílem práce je vyhodnocení vytíženosti jednotlivých pracovníků na základě dat zjištěných pomocí snímkování a následné doporučení možných opatření. První, rešeršní část, se zaměřuje na jednotlivé metody měření spotřeby času, techniky a postupy k tomu používané. Nedílnou součástí práce je charakteristika technologické standardizace a standardizace řídícího procesu, které jsou s touto problematikou spojené. Analytická část představuje vybraný podnik a charakterizuje k optimalizaci vybrané pracovní pozice. Na základě provedeného snímkování a vyhodnocení dat je zjištěna vytíženost vybraných pracovníků a následují doporučení k optimalizaci jejich pracovního využití.
The bachelor thesis deals with workload evaluation of employees at a selected department of a manufacturing company. The aim of the work is to evaluate the workload of the individual employees based on the data determined by the imaging and the subsequent recommendation of the possible measures. The first, the research part, focuses on the individual methods of measuring the time consumption, the techniques and the procedures used to do this. An integral part of the thesis is the characterization of technological standardization and standardization of the control process, which are connected with this issue. The analytical part represents the selected enterprise and characterizes it to optimize the selected job position. Based on the performed scanning and data evaluation, the workload of selected workers is determined and recommendations are made to optimize their use.
