Abstract
Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na problematiku rizika, risk managementu a činností spadajících do této problematiky. Autor se zabývá problematikou soukromého pojištění a především pojištěním majetku. Dále jsou v práci popsána jednotlivá rizika ohrožující majetek. Praktická část se věnuje představení podniku, který je předmětem pojistné optimalizace. Následně čtenář nalezne současnou pojistnou ochranu vybraného subjektu a preference subjektu při výběru vhodné pojistné ochrany. V poslední části této bakalářské práce je rozpracován hodnotící systém, který vychází z dříve získaných preferencí. Následuje představení produktů a kalkulací pojištění podnikatelských rizik a odpovědnosti oslovených pojišťoven. Nakonec jsou všechny nabízené produkty porovnány a je vyhodnoceno, který pojistný produkt je pro vybraný subjekt optimální.
This bachelor's thesis focuses on risk, risk management and activities included in this field. The author deals with issues of private insurance and primarily property insurance. Moreover, thesis describes individual risks that endanger property. The practical part is dedicated to introduction of chosen business entity, which is a subject of insurance optimalization. The reader will find current insurance protection of chosen business entity and preferences of the entity in the proces of chosing suitable insurance protection. In the last part of this bachelor's thesis is elaborated system of evaluation, which is based on previously acquired preferences. What follows is an introduction to insurance products and calculations of commercial lines and liability of adressed insurance companies. In the end, every product is compared and it is evaluated, which of the insurance products is optimal for chosen business entity.
