Abstract
Předkládaná diplomová práce se zabývá zhodnocením a posouzením prostorové diferenciace v míře čerpání finanční podpory v rámci jednoho z Regionálních operačních programů České republiky, konkrétně v Regionálním operačním programu NUTS II Severovýchod v letech 2007-2013. První část práce se zaobírá pojmem regionální disparita a hlavními teoretickými směry regionálního rozvoje. Následně je vysvětleno fungování kohezní politiky Evropské unie. Dále navazuje charakteristika regionální politiky České republiky a konkretizován je zkoumaný operační program. V aplikační části jsou pomocí statistických testů vyhodnoceny stanovené statistické hypotézy zabývající se prostorovou diferenciací čerpání finanční podpory v kontextu regionálních disparit. Závěrečná část vyhodnocuje dosažené výsledky a nastiňuje možný pokrok v současném programovém období.
Submitted master thesis deals with the problem of analyzing and assessment of room differentiation of an extend of drawing finance help within one of the regional operational fund of Czech Republic, specifically in Regional operational programme NUTS II North-east in years 2007 - 2013. First part of the thesis deals with the concept of regional disparity and main directions in regional development. Next up the characteristic of cohesive politics function of the European Union is explained. The region politics in Czech Republic is characterized and specific examined operational program is described. In the applied part of the thesis statistics hypotheses are analyzed with the help of statistical tests, which deal with room differentiation of finance funds drawing in the mean of regional disparities. Final part evaluates achieved results and gives hints of possible development in the actual program period.
