Abstract
Diplomová práce se zabývá osobnostním růstem z pohledu učitele prvního stupně základní školy. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. Teoretická část se zabývá osobnostním, ale i profesním růstem učitele. Jsou v ní vymezeny relevantní pojmy vztahující se k této tematice, popsány jednotlivé etapy vývoje profesní dráhy učitele i možná rizika učitelské profese a možnosti předcházení a eliminace těchto rizik. Praktická část je rozdělena na dvě části. První část se věnuje rozboru výsledků dotazníkového šetření zaměřeného na zjišťování subjektivního vnímání růstu učiteli prvního stupně základní školy, druhá část pak rozboru ilustrativního polostrukturovaného rozhovoru s učitelem prvního stupně základní školy.
The diploma thesis deals with personal growth from the point of view of elementary school teacher. The thesis is divided into theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part deals with personal and professional growth of the teacher. It defines relevant key concepts related to this topic, describes the individual stages of development of the teacher's career and the possible risks of the teaching profession and the possibilities of preventing and eliminating such risks. The practical part is divided into two parts. The first part is focused on the analysis of the results of a questionnaire survey of the subjective perception of growth by elementary school teachers, the second part is an content analysis of an illustrative semistructured interview with a elementary school teacher.
