Abstract
Diplomová práce se věnuje zavedení harmonizované FMEA do podniku. Celá práce je zaměřena zejména na vzdělávání zaměstnanců s využitím e- learningu a tvorbu formulářů, jež se týkají zmiňované harmonizace. V rešeršní části práce je vysvětlen pojem kvalita a jeho chápaní, dále jsou zde dvě stěžejní kapitoly věnující se nejdříve metodě FMEA, její historii a postupu tvorby podle harmonizace. Druhou stěžejní rešeršní kapitolou představuje kontinuální vzdělávání ve formě e-learningu a jeho výhody, nevýhody a rozdělení. Najdeme zde i popis aspektů, se kterými se můžeme při zavádění do podniku setkat. V praktické části je řešeno vzdělávání zaměstnanců v podniku pomocí e-learningového kurzu se zaměřením na harmonizovanou FMEA metodiku podle VDA/AIAG. Vedle vytvoření e- learningového kurzu je i zpracování nových FMEA formulářů v souladu s harmonizací v programu Microsoft Excel. Závěrem je navržen způsob vyhodnocení a úspěšnosti vzdělávání při zavádění nové harmonizované FMEA do podniku.
The diploma thesis focuses on the introduction of harmonized FMEA into a company. The whole thesis is mainly focused on the training of employees using e-learning and the creation of forms related to the mentioned harmonization. The research part of the thesis explains the concept of quality and its understanding, then there are two key chapters dealing first with the FMEA methodology, its history, and the procedure of creation according to the harmonization. The second pivotal research chapter presents continuous education in the form of e-learning and its advantages, disadvantages, and distribution. We can also find a description of the aspects that can be encountered when introducing it in a company. The practical part deals with the training of the employees in the company using an e-learning course with a focus on the harmonized FMEA methodology according to VDA/AIAG. In addition to the creation of the e-learning course, the development of new FMEA forms in accordance with the harmonization in Microsoft Excel is also included. In conclusion a method is proposed to evaluate the success of the training in introducing the new harmonized FMEA to the company.
