Abstract
Bakalářské práce se zabývá návratem žen na trh práce po rodičovské dovolené. Cílem této práce je zjistit faktory, které ovlivňují znovuzapojení žen do pracovního procesu. Teoretická část specifikuje pojmy související s tématem. V rámci kvantitativního výzkumu jsou pojmenovány tíživé situace, související s návratem pečujících žen do zaměstnání. Patří mezi ně zejména setkání žen s diskriminací ze strany zaměstnavatele, problémy při kombinaci profesního a soukromého života nebo obavy ze ztráty odbornosti. Závěr práce nabízí inspirativní podněty pro předcházení těchto negativních jevů.
Bachelor thesis deals with women´s return to work after maternity leave. The aim of this theses is to figure out the factors which affect women´s reintegration into the work process. The theoretical part of my thesis specifies the terms which are associated with this topic. Within the quantitative research difficult situations related to return of women to their jobs are introduced. These include discrimination from the side of employers, problems with combining professional and private life or fears of losing expertise. Conclusion of theses offers inspiring suggestions which could help to prevent these negative effects from happening.
