Abstract
Bakalářská práce Ohlédnutí za životem pomocí reminiscenčního semináře pro seniory se zabývá různými aspekty, které souvisí se seniory, s jejich zhodnocením dosavadního života a vnímáním pohledu na umírání a smrt jako takovou. Teoretická část přibližuje stáří, stárnutí, nastiňuje způsoby práce se seniory a péče o ně. Zabývá se volným časem, volnočasovými aktivitami pro seniory a reminiscencí. V praktické části uvádíme cíle pro-gramu, popisujeme metody k vyhodnocování stanovených cílů, a následně zjišťujeme informace o Domově důchodců Český Dub, kde byl reminiscenční seminář realizován. Poté sestavujeme vlastní reminiscenční seminář, a následně hodnotíme jeho efektivitu.Cílem této práce bylo vytvořit, zrealizovat a zhodnotit seminář, který se uskutečnil s vybranými seniory v Domově důchodců Český Dub.
The bachelor's thesis Looking Back on Life through Reminiscence for Senior people deals with various aspects related to the elderly, with their evaluation of the current life and the perception of the view of dying and death as such. The theoretical part de-scribes old age, aging, outlines ways to work with seniors and care for them. Further-more, this part deals with leisure time, leisure activities for seniors and reminiscence. Practical part, present the goals of the program, describe the methods for evaluating the set goals and find information about the Český Dub Retirement Home, where a reminis-cence seminar is held. Then compile own reminiscence seminar and after the implemen-tation evaluate effectiveness. The aim of this work was to create, implement and evaluate a seminar, which was car-ried out with selected seniors in the Český Dub Retirement Home.
