Abstract
Tato diplomová práce se zabývá mírou deformace příze ve tkanině. V první části je popsaná geometrie vazného bodu tkaniny, její deformace a metodiky využívané na zjištění této deformace. V druhé, experimentální části je převedená samostatná analýza zdeformování přízí ve vazném bodě pomocí dvou metod. A to, pomocí simulace vazného bodu v tkanině analýzou reálného řezu tkaniny. Práce obsahuje uskutečněný rozbor jednotlivých deformačních charakteristik poměrné šířky, poměrné výšky a zploštění příze, a porovnání obou metod.
This diploma thesis deals with the level of yarn deformation in the fabric. The first section describes the geometry of the fabric binding point, its deformation and the methodology used to determine the strain. The second section includes the experimental part which is transferred to a separate analysis of the yarns deformation in the binding point, using two methods - by simulation of binding point using in the fabric and by analysis of real cut fabrics. This thesis contains an analysis made of individual deformation characteristics of relative width, relative height, yarn flattening and compare these methods.
