Abstract
Bakalářská práce se zabývala realizací ústavní a ochranné výchovy dětí a mladistvých v ústavním zařízení. Vycházela ze skutečnosti, že počet dětí a mladistvých s poruchami chování má stále vzestupnou tendenci a tato problematika je v současné době v České republice velmi aktuální. Cílem bakalářské práce bylo zjistit, jak se v konkrétním ústavním zařízení realizuje ústavní a ochranná výchova nařízená nad dětmi a mladistvými s poruchami chování. K naplnění tohoto cíle byla zvolena forma monografie konkrétního výchovného zařízení. Práci tvořily dvě stěžejní oblasti, a to část teoretická a část praktická. V teoretické části byla za pomoci zpracování a prezentace odborných zdrojů popisována problematika poruch chování a systém náhradní výchovné péče pro jedince s poruchami chování. Praktická část se věnovala zpracování monografie konkrétního výchovného zařízení. K tomu byly využity rozhovory s pracovníky zařízení, analýza dostupné spisové dokumentace a interní materiály zařízení. Za největší přínos práce vzhledem k řešené problematice je možné považovat srovnání teoretických východisek získaných z odborných informačních zdrojů v teoretické části s konkrétní realitou a praxí specializovaného pracoviště.
The bachelory thesis dealt with the implementation of institutional and protective education of children and juveniles in institutional facilities. It reflected the fact that the number of children and juveniles with behaviour disorder kept showing an ever encreasing tendency and this theme has still been remaining very topical in the Czech Republic. The aim of this thesis was to find out how the institutional and protective education mandated to children and juveniles with behaviour disorder, is implemented in particular institutional facilities. To achieve this aim, the form of monography of particular educational facilities was chosen. The thesis consisted of two basic sections - the theoretical and the practical one. In the theoretical part, issues related to behaviour disorders and scheme of surrogate educational care for individuals with behaviour disorder were described there by means of processing and presentation of vocational resources. The practical part was focused on processing of monography of the particular educational institution. Interviews with institution employees, analysis of available filed documentation alongwith internal materials of institution were utilized for this purpose. As the biggest benefit of this thesis - in relation to the issues being resolved - can be considered a comparison between theoretical basis obtained from vocational information resources in the theoretical part and the specific reality plus practice at the specialized working place.
