Abstract
Diplomová práce se zabývá tkaninami se speciálními optickými efekty. Cílem
diplomové práce je analýza jedné z nejvýznamnějších textilií japonské kultury, která se nazývá Nishijin textilie. Tato práce se zaměřuje na možnost, že struktura této tkaniny ovlivňuje barevnost textilie, která umožňuje zajímavé optické efekty. Nishijin textilie totiž vytvářejí vizuální dojem změny lesku na mat pod určitými úhly pozorovatele, který může být ovlivněn odrazem světla od povrchu textilie. Tyto tradiční textilie se nejen hojně objevují v podobě
národních japonských krojů, ale také jako dekorativní interiérové textilie. Jelikož není vypracováno mnoho studií, stále je textilie opředena tajemstvím výroby.
Diplomová práce je rozdělena do několika částí. Rešeršní část se zaměřuje na seznámení s japonskou textilií, její historií, vlastnostmi materiálů použitých v Nishijin textiliích a také její tvorbou. Následně jsou popsány základy teorie tkaní, vzorování tkanin, konstrukce a vzhledu tkanin, vlastnosti plošných textilií a speciálních optických efektů.
V experimentální části byla navrhnuta a laboratorně realizovaná metoda 3D optické analýzy barevnosti textilie a umožňuje skenovat pozorované vazební efekty za definovaných podmínek při naklánění, natáčení vzorku a přitom měřit barevnost pomocí RGB modelu. Dále byl zjištěn kritický úhel a predikována barevnost, která umožnuje zkoumat vztah mezi strukturou vazby, barevností a lesku vazebních efektů. Na experimentální část navazuje kapitola, která obsahuje výsledky a pokračuje do kapitoly závěr, která shrnuje dosavadní
výsledky diplomové práce. Výsledky jsou diskutovány z hlediska technologických možností výroby a případného komerčního uplatnění těchto textilních struktur.
This diploma thesis deals with fabrics with special optical effects. The aim of the thesis is the analysis of one of the most important textiles of Japanese culture which is called Nishijin textile. This work focuses on the possibility that the structure of this fabric affects the color of the fabric. The strukture enables interesting optical effects. Indeed Nishijin textiles create a visual impression of a change in gloss to mat under certain angles of the observer which can be affected by the reflection of light from the surface of the textile. These traditional textiles not only appear in abundance in the form of national Japanese costumes but also as decorative interior textiles. Since not many studies have been carried out the textile is still shrouded in the mystery of production. The diploma thesis is divided into several parts. The research part focuses on getting to know Japanese textiles and their history the properties of the materials used in Nishijin textiles as well as their creation. Subsequently the basics of weaving theory and fabric patterning and fabric construction and appearance and properties of flat textiles and special optical effects are described. Experimental part includes a laboratory implemented method of 3D optical analysis of the textile color. Furthermore the critical angle was determined and the color was predicted which enables the relationship between the weave structure color and gloss of weaving effects to be investigated. The experimental part is followed by a chapter that contains results and continues to the conclusion chapter which summarizes the results of the thesis so far. The results are discussed in terms of the technological possibilities of production and possible commercial application of these textile structures.
