Abstract
Tato práce se v teoretické části zaměří na problematiku uznání suverenity státu. Vymezí a popíše kritéria státnosti, popíše konstitutivní a deklaratorní teorii státního uznání. Dále vymezí typy mezinárodního uznání a jejich postavení. Praktická část se bude zabývat aplikací kritérií státnosti na Palestinu, která již mnoho let usiluje o mezinárodní uznání a získání plné suverenity, a zjistí, zda Palestina tato kritéria splňuje.
This thesis focuses on the issue of recognition of state sovereignty in the theoretical part. It defines and describes the criteria of statehood. Describes the cosmic and declarative theory of state recognition. It will further define the types of international recognition and their status. The practical part deals with the application of the criteria of statehood to Palestine, which has for many years sought international recognition and gaining full sovereignty, and finds out if Palestine meets these criteria.
