dc.description.abstractThis work deals with the analysis of export and proposals of the export solutions of the company of ORNEX Ltd. This is a company concerned with the export of glass hand-blown and hand decorated Christmas ornaments. This barchelor study is to identify the problems of the company and to propose new potential solutions of the export strategies that would contribute to greater stability in the international markets. The work is framed within the theoretical and practical parts. The theoretical part is based on general knowledge in the field of international trade. It deals with the forms of entry to foreign markets, the purchase agreement and its contents. Also tackles the issue of financing the export, risks of the international trade and their ensuring. In its practical part, the work is applying the theoretical knowledge, evaluates and analyzes the export of the company of ORNEX Ltd, while the final section summarizes the benefits, along with the assessment of the effectiveness of the solution in the future.en
dc.description.abstractTato práce se zabývá analýzou exportu a návrhem exportního řešení ve firmě ORNEX, s. r. o. Jedná se o firmu zabývající se vývozem skleněných ručně foukaných a ručně dekorovaných vánočních ozdob. Cílem práce je identifikovat problémy společnosti a navrhnout možná nová řešení exportních strategií, které by pomohly společnosti k větší stabilitě při realizaci exportu na mezinárodní trhy. Práce je koncipována do části teoretické a do části praktické. Teoretická část vychází z obecných poznatků z oblasti mezinárodního obchodu. Zabývá se formami vstupů na zahraniční trhy, kupní smlouvou a jejím obsahem. Řeší se zde také problematika financování exportu, rizika mezinárodního obchodu a jejich zajištění. Práce ve své praktické části aplikuje teoretické poznatky, hodnotí a analyzuje export ve společnosti ORNEX, s. r. o. a zároveň v závěrečné části shrnuje přínosy, spolu s posouzením efektivity daných řešení v budoucnu.cs
