dc.description.abstractTato bakalářská práce je zaměřená na segment seniorského cestovního ruchu a vybranou cestovní agenturu Tulačka ck, s. r. o. V práci jsou popsány teoretické prvky cestovního ruchu seniorů, od úplného počátku vzniku cestovního ruchu pro seniory, přes statistické údaje, motivaci seniorů až po dnešní trendy tohoto odvětví. Práce se v praktické části zaměřuje na vybranou cestovní agenturu a její popis. Na podnik byla aplikovaná SWOT analýza a byl popsán podrobněji marketingový mix, pro lepší pochopení cílů podniku. Nakonec bylo vyhotoveno dotazníkové šetření zaměřené na klienty 60 let a více. Hlavním cílem práce je pomocí dotazníkového šetření poukázat na trend samotného cestování seniorů a navrhnout opatření, která by vedla k podpoře cestování seniorů, což by zároveň vedlo k zvýšení zisku pro cestovní agenturu.cs
dc.description.abstractThe bachelor thesis focuses on segment of senior tourism and the selected travel agency Tulačka ck, s. r. o. The bachelor thesis describes theoretical elements of senior's tourism, from the beginning of tourism development for seniors, through statistical data, motivation of seniors to today's trends in this sector. The SWOT analysis was applied to the company and the marketing mix was described in more detail, for better understanding of the company objectives. Finally, a questionnaire survey was conducted focusing on clients aged 60 and over. The main target of this thesis is to use the questionnaire survey to point out the trend of traveling seniors and to propose measures that would lead to support of seniors'travel, which would also increase profits for a travel agency.en
