Abstract
Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá metodami optimalizace vybavení. Tyto metody byly primárně vynalezeny pro používání v domácnostech. Nalezené alternativní metody optimalizace vybavení jsou mezi sebou porovnány a zhodnoceny. Následně se práce snaží určit, zda jsou metody vhodné pro implementování do organizací. Práce také hledá souvislosti mezi metodami optimalizace vybavení a procesním přístupem. Zkoumá vazby metod optimalizace vybavení na Průmysl 4.0. Snaží se vyhodnotit nejlepší metody a ty doporučit pro zavedení do organizací.
This bachelor's thesis deals with methods of equipment optimisation. These methods were primarily invented for use in home. Found alternative optimising methods of work equipment are compared between themselves and evaluated. This thesis should find out if these methods are usable for implementation in production companies. Links between these methods and Process approach as well as links with Industry 4.0 are sought. The thesis should point out the best fitting methods out of the mentioned ones and state the recommendation for organisations.
