Abstract
Diplomová práce se zaměřuje na problematiku manipulace skleněných výrobků v rámci mezinárodní logistiky. Cílem práce je analyzovat stávající logistické procesy ve vybrané společnosti, která se specializuje na dekoraci nápojového skla, a navrhnout opatření vedoucí ke zefektivnění přepravy, balení, skladování a správy informací. Praktická část vychází
z procesní analýzy a rozhovorů se zaměstnanci firmy, přičemž důraz je kladen na identifikaci slabých míst v oblasti přepravy a logistického plánování. Výstupem jsou návrhy na zlepšení, včetně digitalizace, optimalizace skladových operací a zlepšení komunikace v rámci celého dodavatelského řetězce.
This thesis focuses on the issue of handling glass products within the framework of international logistics. The aim of the thesis is to analyze the current logistics processes in a selected company specializing in the decoration of beverage glassware and to propose measures to improve the efficiency of transport, packaging, storage, and information management. The practical part is based on process analysis and interviews with company employees, with an emphasis on identifying weaknesses in the areas of transport, carriage, and logistics planning. The outcome includes improvement proposals related to digitalization, optimization of warehouse operations, and enhancement of communication throughout the entire supply chain.
