dc.description.abstract	Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou spojenou s migrací, zejména integrací zahraničních pracovníků na trhu práce ve vybraných zemích EU. Práce pojednává o podmínkách vstupu na území a trh práce v České republice a Rakousku. Cílem je vyhodnotit integraci migrantů v zemích Evropské unie na základě studia ukazatelů integrace, především s důrazem na trh práce. Práce je rozdělena na dvě části - teoretickou a analytickou. První část obsahuje teoretický základ migrace, příčiny vzniku a teorie, včetně definice integračních konceptů. Druhá část poskytuje analytický průzkum daného tématu. Udává přehled nastavení migračních politik ve vybraných zemích EU, podmínkách vstupu do země a trh práce. Dále popisuje současnou migrační situaci v České republice a v Rakousku a závěrem vyhodnocuje jejich dopady. Pozornost je také věnována výši remitenti představující odliv prostředků do zahraničí.	cs
dc.description.abstract	The thesis deals with migration-related issues, in particular the integration of foreign workers into the labour market in selected EU countries. The work deals with the conditions of entry into the territory and the labour market in the Czech Republic and Austria. The aim is to evaluate the integration of migrants in European Union countries by studying integration indicators, with particular emphasis on the labour market.The work is divided into two parts - theoretical and analytical. The first part contains the theoretical basis of migration, the causes of origin and the theories, including the definition of integration concepts. The second part provides an analytical survey of the subject. It gives an overview of the settings of migration policies in selected EU countries, the conditions of entry and the labour market. It further describes the current migration situation in the Czech Republic and Austria and concludes by evaluating their impacts. Attention is also paid to the level of remittances that represent the outflow of funds abroad.	en
