dc.description.abstractI worked out the diploma thesis on the basis of one year long practice in city information centre in Liberec. The diploma thesis is oriented to the certification and categorization of tourist information centres in Czech Republic. The diploma thesis includes the description of certification and categorization of information centres in Czech Republic and then includes the proposal for improvement of the certification and categorization. Objectives of the certification and categorization are to unify information basis and services standard of all the information centres in Czech Republic. With certification and categorization are joined some problems and these are the ground to work out this diploma thesis.en
dc.description.abstractDiplomovou práci jsem vypracovala na základě celoročního, příležitostného, dobrovolného praktikantského pobytu v městském informačním centru Magistrátu města Liberec. Zaměřila jsem se na certifikaci a kategorizaci informačních center v České republice. Obsahem této diplomové práce je kromě teoretického popisu informačních center a jejich certifikace a kategorizace také popis aktuálních problémů certifikace a kategorizace, a dále návrh na jejich zlepšení. Cílem certifikace a kategorizace je sjednocení informační základny a standardů služeb informačních center v České republice, čehož je zatím uspokojivě dosahováno. Certifikace a kategorizace se však mimo úspěchy potýká také s různými problémy, jimiž se zabývá tato diplomová práce.cs
