dc.description.abstract	Diplomová práce se zaměřuje na trh práce v České republice a jeho připravenost na realitu Průmyslu 4.0 ve vybraném subjektu. Hlavním cílem diplomové práce je zodpovědět výzkumné otázky stanovené v úvodu této práce. Výzkumné otázky jsou zaměřeny na vliv digitálních technologií a jejich dopad na vybraný subjekt a jeho zaměstnance. První teoretická část práce je zaměřená na historický vývoj průmyslových revolucí, a jak tyto revoluce změnily svět. Další kapitola práce se věnuje samotnému konceptu Průmysl 4.0 a dopadům na jednotlivé oblasti, hlavně na trh práce. Druhá, praktická část práce je zaměřená na robotickou procesní automatizaci a umělou inteligenci, ve spojitosti s bankovním sektorem. Dále je v této části provedena analýza současného stavu trhu práce ve spojitosti s Průmyslem 4.0. V závěru diplomové práce je zhodnocen dopad zavedení robotické procesní automatizace a umělé inteligence na zaměstnance a výkonost vybraného subjektu - banky.	cs
dc.description.abstract	The thesis focuses on the labour market in the Czech Republic and its readiness for the reality of Industry 4.0 in the selected entity. The main objective of the thesis is to answer the research questions set out in the introduction of this thesis. The research questions focus on the impact of digital technologies and their impact on the selected entity and its employees. The first theoretical part of the thesis focuses on the historical development of industrial revolutions and how these revolutions have changed the world. The next chapter of the thesis focuses on the concept of Industry 4.0 itself and the impact on different areas, especially on the labour market. The second, practical part of the thesis focuses on robotic process automation and artificial intelligence, in connection with the banking sector. Furthermore, this part analyses the current state of the labour market in connection with Industry 4.0. The thesis concludes with an assessment of the impact of the introduction of robotic process automation and artificial intelligence on the employees and performance of the selected entity - a bank.	en
