dc.description.abstract	Diplomová práce se zabývá implementací metodiky BIM v rámci rekonstrukce Barrandovského mostu v Praze, jednoho z nejvýznamnějších infrastrukturních projektů v České republice. Cílem práce je analyzovat přínosy a výzvy využití BIM v českém stavebnictví, přičemž klíčový důraz je kladen na jeho technické, ekonomické a organizační aspekty. Práce přibližuje postupy implementace BIM pro konkrétní projekt. Obsahuje zhodnocení nákladů a přínosů této metodologie a analýzu jejího dopadu na efektivitu a kvalitu projektového řízení. Součástí výzkumu je také SWOT analýza, která hodnotí výhody, nevýhody, příležitosti a rizika spojená s využitím BIM. Na základě zjištěných poznatků jsou formulována doporučení pro další rozvoj digitalizace v oblasti stavebnictví v ČR. Práce čerpá z odborné literatury, praktických zkušeností a diskusí na odborných konferencích, čímž poskytuje aktuální pohled na problematiku a přispívá k širší aplikaci BIM ve stavebnictví.	cs
dc.description.abstract	The thesis deals with the implementation of BIM methodology in the reconstruction of the Barrandov Bridge in Prague, one of the most important infrastructure projects in the Czech Republic. The aim of the thesis is to analyze the benefits and challenges of using BIM in the Czech construction industry, with a key focus on its technical, economic and organizational aspects. The work focuses on implementation of BIM for a specific project, an evaluation of the costs and benefits of this methodology and an analysis of its impact on the efficiency and quality of project management. The research also includes a SWOT analysis that evaluates the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats associated with the use of BIM. Based on the findings, recommendations for further development of digitalization in the construction industry in the Czech Republic are formulated. The thesis draws on professional literature, practical experience and discussions at professional conferences, thus providing an up-to-date view of the issue and contributing to the wider application of BIM in the construction industry.	en
