Abstract
Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na studium vzlínání kapalin do polypropylenových netkaných textilií. Obsahuje dvě části, teoretickou a experimentální. V teoretické části je uvedena technologie výroby, která obsahuje proces výroby netkaných textilií, přípravu vlákenné vrstvy, vlákenný materiál a teorii smáčení.V druhé části, experimentální, je uveden proces vytvoření a testování vytvořených vzorků. Je v ní tedy uvedeno materiálové složení vzorků, použitá délka vláken a jemnost. Jejich výroba, příprava a postup testování. Dále jsou pak uvedeny výsledky měření vzorků v grafickém znázornění.
The barchelor thesis is focused on the study of capillary action liquid to polypropylene nonwovens. It countains two parts, the theoretical and experimental one.The theoretical part includes technology of processing, which contains the process of nonwovens, preparation of the fibrous layers, the fibrous material and the wetting theory. In the second part, the experimental, there is indicated the process to creating and testing the samples. So there is an indication of material composition of the samples, used in fiber legth and fineness. Also their production, preparation and testing procedure. Further there are described the results of measurement of samples in a graphical illustration.
