Abstract
Tato diplomová práce hodnotí termické, mechanické a mikroskopické vlastnosti klasických polyesterových vláken v závislosti na různých faktorech fixace (doba, teplota, prostředí). V teoretické části práce jsou shrnuty poznatky o polyesterových vláknech, fixaci, termických, mechanických a povrchových vlastnostech vláken a metodách jejich měření. Předmětem experimentální části je fixace nefixovaných polyesterových vláken, zkoumání takto zafixovaných vláken pomocí termické analýzy, hodnocení křivek tažnosti a pevnosti na trhacím zařízení a posouzení charakteru povrchů a lomů pomocí rastrovací elektronové mikroskopie.
This thesis analyzes thermal, mechanical and microscopic properties of polyester fibres in dependence of different setting factors (time, temperature, medium). In theoretical part there are summary of the theory the polyester fibres, setting, thermal, mechanical and surface characteristics of fibres and theirs measuring methods. The object of experimental part is setting of unfixed polyester fibres, analyzing the fixed fibres with the help of thermal analyze, evaluation of curves the extensibility and tenacity with ripper and appreciation of surfaces and fractures character with the help of scanning electron microscopy.
