Abstract
Bakalářská práce se zabývá výskytem aerofytických mikroorganismů tvořících biofilmy na površích sportovního areálu v Liberci. Teoretická část obsahuje literární rešerši, která je zaměřená především na mikroorganismy sinice (Cyanobacteria) a řasy (Algae). Praktická část popisuje vybraný materiál, způsob odebrání a uchovávání vzorků, zpracování vzorků a následné mikroskopování, fotodokumentaci a determinaci nalezených taxonů. Dále se v praktické části nachází statistické zpracování dat do grafů a tabulek, včetně pořízených fotografií.
Bachelor thesis is dealing with occurence of aerophytic microorganisms which creates biofilms on the surfaces at sport areal in Liberec. Theoretical part contains literary research, which is focused mainly on microorganisms Cyanobacteria and Algae. Practical part describes selected material, removal method and sample preserving, sample processing and subsequent microscopy, photodocumentation and determination of found taxa. Further in the practical part is situated processing of information data to graphs and charts including taken pictures.
