Abstract
Cílem této práce je podat ucelenou informaci o situaci v politickém okresu Turnovv letech 1938?1945. Práce se zabývá změnou situace, kdy se okres stává hraničním z důvodupodpisu Mnichovské dohody. Zaznamenávám, jak se s tím vypořádala státní správa iobyvatelé města. Období je rozděleno na tři úseky - před podpisem Mnichovské dohody, kdyzaznamenávám zhoršující se situaci, po podpisu Mnichovské dohody, kde se zabývám hlavněbudováním nové struktury státní správy a situací uprchlíků. Poslední část je už po zřízeníprotektorátu a zde se převážně zabývám změnou fungování státní správy a zmiňuji se i oodbojové činnosti.
The aim of this work is to provide comprehensive information about the situation in thepolitical district of Turnov in the period 1938-1945. The thesis deals with the change of thesituation when the district becomes a border due to the signing of the Munich Agreement.I record how the state administration and the inhabitants of the city dealt with this. Theperiod is divided into three sections, before the signing of the Munich Agreement, whereI discuss the deteriorating situation; the period after the signing of the Munich Agreement,where I focuś mainly on building of a new state administration structure and then thesituation of refugees. The last part is focperiod aftter the establishment of the protectorateand here I mainly deal with the change in the functioning of the state administration andI also mention the resistance activities.
