| dc.description.abstract | The subject of this bachelor thesis is a lean production principle which results in an improvement of a working environment and thus of its quality as well- the 5S method. The thesis maps the current usage of the 5S method in non-manufacturing areas in Benteler Automotive Rumburk s.r.o. and suggests improvements of the current situation in selected work places. The final section of the thesis focuses on the changes carried out which have resulted in a better working environment for the employees. | en |
| dc.description.abstract | Předmětem bakalářské práce je jeden z principů štíhlé výroby, který vede ke zlepšení pracovního prostředí a tím i jeho kvality- metoda 5S. Úkolem této práce je zmapovat současný stav využití metody 5S v nevýrobních prostorách firmy Benteler Automotive Rumburk s.r.o. a na vybraných pracovištích navrhnout opatření ke zlepšení stávající situace. V závěru práce jsou uvedeny uskutečněné změny, které vedly ke zlepšení pracovního prostředí zaměstnanců. | cs |
