dc.description.abstractThis bachelor thesis have considered the death penalty theme, above all the position of society to this problems. It´s goal was to clarify, if the czech public is willing to accept the death penalty as a sanction and if the threat of death penalty can reduce the crime rate. This bachelor thesis included theoretical and practical parts. In theoretical part, the death penalty was interpreted by the professional sources, the practical part contains questionnaire survey, which in the sample of 250 informants poll the society about the death penalty. Part of practical section is opinion case study. The results of the questionnaire surfy proved the concrete position of the czech society to the death penalty, results also lead in the concrete solutions in prevention, aggravation of sanctions, importance of the family education. The greatest contribution of this bachelor thesis was identification of the opinions of the informants and in consequence the data evaluation.en
dc.description.abstractBakalářská práce se zabývala oblastí trestu smrti, především postoje společnosti k této problematice. Jejím cílem bylo objasnit, zda by česká veřejnost přijala trest smrti jako sankci a zda si myslí, že by její hrozba ovlivnila snížení kriminality. Práci tvořily teoretická část a praktická část. V teoretické části byl pojem trestu smrti interpretován odbornými zdroji, v praktické části bylo pomocí dotazníkového šetření u 250 respondentů zjišťováno, jaké názory mají na sankci trestu smrti. Součástí praktické části je názorová případová studie. Výsledky šetření prokázaly konkrétní stanovisko společnosti na trest smrti, následně výsledky vyústily v konkrétní navrhovaná řešení v oblasti prevence, zpřísnění sankcí, důležitosti prvku rodiny ve výchově. Za největší přínos práce v dané problematice bylo možné považovat zjištění názorů respondentů a jejich následné vyhodnocení.cs
