Abstract
Tato bakalářská práce byla zpracována pro firmu Stroj s.r.o., která zvažuje investici do vlastního stroje na řezání vodním paprskem. V současnosti tuto službu zajišťuje externí podnik.Cílem práce je zhodnocení investice pro vlastní účely podniku Stroj s.r.o., nebo zda má být stroj na řezání vodním paprskem použit i pro komerční účely. Jako další teoretická varianta je možnost ponechat tuto službu na outsourcingu.Práce je rozdělena na rešeršní část, kde jsou vysvětleny pojmy vztahující se k praktické části. Praktická část obsahuje tabulky s hodnotami nezbytnými k výpočtu čisté současné hodnoty, která je použita k vyhodnocení efektivnosti investice. Závěrem je shrnutí a vyhodnocení výsledků s vazbou na stanovené cíle práce.
The business investments and alternative solutionsThis bachelor thesis was elaborated for Stroj s.r.o company, which considers investment in its own water jet cutting machine. This service is currently provided by an external company.The main aim of the thesis is to evaluate the investment for own purposes of Stroj s.r.o. company, or whether the water jet cutting machine should be used also for commercial purposes. Another theoretical option is to leave this service to outsourcing.The thesis is divided into a literature review part, where the terms related to the practical part are explained. The practical part contains tables with the values that are necessary to calculate the net present value that is used to evaluate the effectiveness of the investment. Finally, the thesis is summarizing and evaluating the results with references to the stated goals of the work.
