Abstract
Tato bakalářská práce je věnována dopadům čtvrté průmyslové revoluce na ekonomické subjekty v České republice a zabývá se na jedné straně identifikací jejích přínosů a výhod a na straně druhé identifikací nákladů a úkolů, které ekonomickým subjektům zapojení do tohoto trendu přináší. Úvodní část představuje základní pojmy sledovaného fenoménu a příklady využití jeho myšlenek. Hlavní část je pak věnována dopadům čtvrté průmyslové revoluce, nejprve v pojetí odborné veřejnosti a dále v praxi dvou českých ekonomických subjektů. Těmi jsou společnost ŠKODA AUTO a.s., tedy průmyslový výrobní podnik, a Nemocnice na Homolce, jako subjekt ze sféry zdravotnické péče. Výzkumné závěry práce jsou členěny podle jejích stanovených cílů, kterými jsou identifikace přínosů a výhod a identifikace nákladů a úkolů pro obě společnosti a dále vzájemné porovnání těchto dopadů mezi oběma subjekty. Pro výzkumné šetření byl zvolen kvalitativní přístup v podobě srovnání případových studií jmenovaných subjektů, a to formou analýzy jejich dostupných informací, dat a dalších dokumentů.
This bachelor thesis is focused on the effects of the fourth industrial revolution on economic entities in the Czech Republic. It identifies its benefits and advantages, of the one part, and the costs and related tasks, of the other part. The introduction of the thesis presents the basic terms of the phenomenon and some examples of its practical use. The main part is devoted to the impacts of the fourth industrial revolution, first in conception of experts and theoreticians and then in practice of two certain czech economic entities. These two entities are ŠKODA AUTO a.s., the czech industrial car producer, and Na Homolce Hospital, a health care provider. The research conclusions are divided according to the reseach objectives, which are stated as identification of the benefits and advantages and identification of the costs and related tasks for both economic entities and a comparison of these effects between them. A qualitative research approach in form of a comparison of two case studies of the two companies was chosen for the bachelor thesis research part. It is based on a qualitative analysis of the available information, data and other documents of the two chosen companies.
