Abstract
Bakalářská práce se zabývala problematikou náhradní rodinné péče. Jejím cílem bylo charakterizovat současný systém náhradní rodinné péče v České republice a zjistit význam vzdělávání pěstounů v péči o děti. Práci tvořily dvě stěžejní oblasti. Teoretická část pomocí odborných zdrojů objasnila základní pojmosloví, charakterizovala formy náhradní rodinné péče, proces zprostředkování, představila vybrané psychologické a zdravotní aspekty u dětí z této skupiny a zmínila legislativní ukotvení. Praktická část zjišťovala pomocí dotazníků, kdo se nejčastěji stává pěstounem a spokojenost pěstounů se vzděláváním. Zjištěná data potvrzují současný trend, že se pěstounství často vyskytuje v příbuzenské linii. Vzdělávání pěstounů se těší velké oblibě, protože zprostředkování poznatků se děje záživnou formou a navíc reaguje na zakázku pěstounů. Nespornou výhodou vzdělávacích seminářů je také navazování přátelství, sdílení svých zkušeností a následný pocit sounáležitosti se skupinou pěstounů. Z průzkumového šetření vyvstalo mnoho dalších poznatků, kterým bude třeba se v budoucnu věnovat. Jedná se například o zvýšení odměny pěstouna na úroveň minimální mzdy a zvýšení příspěvku na úhradu potřeb dítěte.
Bachelor thesis dealt with the issues of substitute family care. The primary aim of the assigned work was to characterized the contemporary substitute family care system in the Czech Republic and to identify the importance of foster parents education. The work is divided to two key areas. The theoretical part clarifies the basic therminology by utilizing of professional sources and characterizes forms of spare substitute family care. Moreover, this part presents selected psychological and medical aspects based on legislative basis. The practical part is focused on facts, related to monitoring of frequency successful obligatory foster parent education and satisfaction of the interviewed respondents. The resulted data confirmed the contemporary trend that foster care often occurs in the relative line. The education of foster parents is very popular because of the mediation of knowledge through entertaining form. Benefit is also the possibility of personal influence of foster parents. Last but not least advantage of educational seminars is undoubtedly proces establishing of new friendsip, sharing their experiences and following felling of solidarity. Exploring of this interesting topic many other aspects and various related subjects were open, and these are not currently addresed. For instanse an increasing foster parents payment up to the level of the minimum wage and an increasing contribution for the child's needs. All these tasks will be necessary to focus and solve in the near future.
