dc.description.abstractHlavním tématem bakalářské práce je analýza konkurenceschopnosti firmy ČSAD Liberec, a. s. na trhu autobusové dopravy v Libereckém kraji. Cílem práce je tedy zjištění a vyhodnocení celkové situace podniku, jejích příčin a vlivů nejen na chod, ale také na konkurenceschopnost. Zaměření povede k silným a slabým stránkám, ale také k příležitostem a hrozbám ze strany trhu. Pro analýzu společnosti je vybrána SWOT analýza. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou část, ve které jsou charakterizované veškeré pojmy související s tímto tématem, a na praktickou část, kde je charakterizována vybraná společnost a její hlavní konkurenti. Dále pak popis fungování autobusové dopravy v Libereckém kraji. Následuje provedení SWOT analýzy a její zhodnocení, a také předpověď budoucího vývoje odvětví. V závěru jsou navrženy změny, které by vedly k zlepšení společnosti.cs
dc.description.abstractThe main topic of the bachelor thesis is the analysis of the competitiveness of the company ČSAD Liberec, a. s. on the market bus services in Liberec region. The aim of this thesis is find out the overall situation of the company. Its causes and effects not only on the course but also on competitiveness. It focuses on the strengths and weaknesses, but also on the opportunities and threats of the market. SWOT analysis is selected for company analysis. The thesis is devided into a theoretical part, where is characterized all definitions associate with this theme and into practical part where the selected company and its main competitors are characterized. Furthemore a description of the operation bus transport in Liberec region. Then was executed the SWOT analysis and its evaluation and also the forcast of the future development of the industry. In the last part of this thesis are proposed the changes to improve the company.en
